A stew of large chunks of beef shanks along with bone marrow cooked in chickpea flour based gravy with varieties of spices, cooked over 12 hours until meat extremely tender.

Served with: Salad.

Suggestion: Garnish with a squirt of lime, more cilantro, and ginger. Traditionally curries are eaten with hands by breaking bread used for scooping and dipping into curry sauces. Add first naan for $1.
